15/12/2013 – Weather Report: Night Passage
I’ve turned to Weather Report to try and help me cure my dissatisfaction with Jazz. I find this album acceptable! Jaco’s bass technique is both formidable and accessible.
17/12/2013 – Blue Man Group: Drumbone
Really exiting use of tuned (?) percussion as a bass instrument. The track’s pretty standard Rock but they get top marks for inventiveness!
